Great video! If I can add (what helps me) is that rotation is not focusing on the shoulder (rotating) but instead the torso/ribcage rotating. This helps me to keep my upper body relaxed and loose and from sucking the club way too inside.

Just rocked my world! I have always struggled with a super flat swing, and short backswing. I’ve always tried to get my arms “across” my chest, and have literally never tried to raise them vertically. Been working on this for a few days now and already seeing significant distance improvements and ball striking. Plenty of work to do to make it consistent, but so far it’s helping!
