I got a spondy l5-s1 and I seemed to have adopted a posteriorally rotated pelvis while sittting, which increase compression on my pudendal nerve, especially the rectal branch. I can do a full squat without a yoga block, but in my special case, sitting on a block, even a nice soft one would likely exacerbate my symptoms. Just sharing my anecdotal experience and knowledge since this issue has a serious lack of information regarding it. I enjoy your videos and I am implementing your protocols into rehabbing my pelvic floor and having some success, I just wanted to share that perhaps for some people, sitting on the block may be too much for them. Your tricep dominant exercise would be much better for someone like me or anyone that may have entrapment at the ST / SS ligaments.

I don't think these are the exercises for you. You probably need to tighten them quite the opposite.
