I love watching your videos. You have a great way of making confusing things more clear for those of us just learning Notion. Thanks for that. I'm curious where your "new random thought" info goes when you input something. Is is a special database just for random thoughts or do they go to your task list? How are they categorized? I would love to create something that holds all my own random thoughts where I can easily separate anything actually viable or actionable at a later time, but not lose them in the meantime.

Ahh thank you so much! 🥰 I think I talk about my random thoughts database in my 2024 Notion tour, but don’t quote me on that 😅 It’s a separate database that I can sift through later! Basically a drop box to use instead of my notes app on my phone. I can drop recipes, ideas, things I need to remember, etc. Then I can pull action items out and add them as tasks or wherever they need to go permanently!
