This is a life changing experience. Every morning after my hot shower (it's again like a meditation for me where I visualise all fears, anxieties, negativity being washed off), I meditate using your third eye guided meditations and then straight away go and light diyas (mud candles) and burn incense sticks and spread that smoke/fire all over the house. I sit and pray for a couple of minutes and repeat affirmations. Believe me this shower (water) and lightning incense and diyas (fire) rituals have helped me way more than anything.
