Like an expert politician he says many things which often are not the solution to problems at all. This karma question for example. Even if you think you are in a safe space, wrapped up in warm blankets and fed 3 meals a day with no one to bother you....if you have some bad physical or mental reactions to come from your post activities...They will 1000% manifest there are no material solutions to it. No hiding in a so called safe space will do. You might as well hide in a mountain of straw from a falling bomb. Karmic reactions are the law of nature. The only way to stop the wheel of Karma is to know what actions not to perform to have a positive future... And then not doing them, that will work. Head in the sand safe space is total bs in this regard.

For years I’ve beat myself up for the choices I’ve made and blaming others for what was clearly in my control and I tell you where I found myself was a place of darkness. Every time I got to far and was at the breaking point of becoming someone or something I wouldn’t recognize, I isolated myself and I talked to myself within myself and in my mind along with connecting to the spiritual consciousness within us all. When I would do that especially after a break up or some type of event that brought me great pain. I would ask why did this person do this to me why did they treat me poorly when my intentions for them are and were pure to see them become their very best. Well I started to check myself and I realized that I was to blame a lot of times and I had a huge temper out of this world and I really made people afraid to get on my bad side. And with me having that temper I used to along with my pride and ego I would thing I was untouchable not by choice but just by everything happening around me. My boys would encourage me to talk to more girls without caring about them, they would put my in fights that wasn’t my personal problem, I was becoming a protector for others and not myself. And time after time life has forced me to look and check myself and I realized I had a choice the whole time and if I would’ve made the right one I wouldn’t have experienced things the way I have. But I don’t regret any of it because along with losing myself that far, I found myself growing into the person I always was meant to be. People love you when you’re doing negative things excuse my French but they love when you’re f**king your life up while theirs gets better. They love to keep you down so the can become more. Once you take that time and isolate yourself and hold yourself accountable you’ll see that karma is definitely a result in your actions and the choices you made knowing there would be consequences that come along with those choices. For me I say this do to others what you’d want done to you, if you bring harm to someone else, harm will then come to you. Do everything out the kindness of your heart and love without looking for anything in return and I promise you good things will start to happen. Be the solution to this earth not the problem. Don’t be afraid of your karma accept it and hold yourself accountable for it and change within yourself.

Sadhguru said at 2:34, if you become very accidental, continuously inviting accident, bad luck etc (because of bad karma), you must withdraw into a space that is supportive, such as Ashram. When you come out, suddenly everything works. Everything gets better again. Other people may have different interpretations. I'll let them chime in. Cheers!

Karma= action through soul: your thoughts intent our vibe our energy words actions deeds. We are making karma every moment through our thoughts our inner conversation. For eg we might not be abusing anyone verbally but inside our mind we keep cursing that person. We are creating bad karma. So in present and past life we definitely have made bad karma Whatever bad we receive is based on our past karma. However by taking responsibility of our present life sending right kind thoughts words actions energy to the world we can earn good karma.. bad karma shall stay remain as is ... It's just that you become conscious why it's coming to you and will be aware to now in this life build good karma. As karma never loses addresses. With Yoga, Pranayam Meditation you get strength to pass through bad karma and build good karma. It's your choice to take responsibility of this life time. And when you really work on yourself you can definitely create a very magnificent life for yourself. Bad karma shall come, but don't get negative .. that nothing works...don't think everything is fake . Because more good u do it may seem that more bad is coming to you...and you might want to react abuse negatively to situations... bad karma will only come because you created bad karma in past..don't let it deter you from your path of doing good ..as by doing good you will definitely create a good life for yourself. You are doing karma every moment, what karma you do in the present is limitless, and it freely allows everyone to choose how they respond to their problems. Think of what people have termed as "bad karma" only as the impressions (blueprints) of your actions which you carry with yourself, which will express themselves in many ways, which may be helpful/harmful for you. You can't prevent these impressions from being made but you can certainly neglect their influence on your existence, preventing yourself from creating more impressions by reacting towards how your previous impressions manifest themselves. So, lets say if a person is in full control of what he or she's doing right now, he has not only cleansed his impressions but has mastered the art of dwelling in the present. If you dwell in the present, your karmic baggage doesn't bother you at all, since you are only concerned at the task at hand rather than finding reasons for your misfortune. Conscious thought is the ONLY effective way to cleanse all your karmic baggage. Wish you all the best.

I am 27 now. I was following mainly Sadhguru and partly Osho for many years, i think i unblocked (i think all) my chakras in my 20. I feel like i dont exist anymore, like a popped bubble, like air, i feel huge amount of energy, and thoughts just doesnt appear i have to make effort to create any. It was what I sought maybe but i didnt realize consequences that full enlightement is eternal death. From moment of my enlightement i dont belong to this world anymore. But I want to stay here and live, i am scared of death And I have Reasons to live. I have girlfriend, friends, family And my hobbies. But every second I feel that my ego, the bubble that I am Will dissolve Forever And every fucking second of my life I am on verge of it. In book Adyiogi from Sadhguru Is said one of the ways to root yourself in the body as enlightement being Is to use addictive substences. And he Is right I have to drink alcohol every day from that moment for 7 years to feel safe. Nothing else helps me to survive. But that Is no life, only slow suicuide, being alcoholic Is suffering. I hate to drink but IT keeps me alive. In one Sadhguru video he said another way Is to create huge amount of karma by having goals, dreams And wanting something very badly. But it doesnt work much for me. Nobody of course understands me because I am from Czech republic And our culture dont know these things. Everybody thinks I am alcoholic and crazy, i can't talk about my condition with people around me, even doctors. I am JUST desperately seeking advice how to stay rooted in body possibly sober. I wished I had never unblocked my chakras And lived normal life. And if you appreciate live, never follow these gurus, there Is no coming back, And this thing Is real and Eternal. Its not any religious concept but Real scientific thing that can be Felt And changes Are enormous, IT Will destroy your life As you know IT. Please Is there ANY way how to root myself in this body? How to hold on it And live? PLEASE if there Is aby being alive WHO know about such things HELP! :(

That really is heartbreaking what you're experiencing. I went through a similar experience years ago which has lasted right up to this day but it wasn't initionally through practicing Eastern spirituality/teachings it was through getting too obsessed with Christianity. I took it too seriously and was scrupulous about following the faith until I started to feel disconnected with myself and began to mentally disassociate. It was a very scary feeling and I did not know where to turn. I tried new age teachings and meditations to help me feel grounded but they left me feeling just as disconnected from reality. I really believe that getting into any spiritual/religious/meditive practices should be done with extreme caution as they really do change up something in the human psyche which can start to affect mental health if we're not careful. Talking to a good rational minded counsellor helped me realise that the feelings we experience while doing spiritual practices whether good or bad are largely psychological and if we try to develope good critical thinking skills and rationale this will be the best way to reconnect with reality and stay grounded. I feel a lot more in touch with reality and grounded since talking to the counsellor. I still do some meditive breathing practices but I don't go too deep and always ground myself in rational thought beforehand. I'm very cautious about getting into any other spiritual practice again and if I started to feel disconnected from reality I'd make sure to stop the practice immediately as mental health is more important. I am shocked that Sadhguru wrote about addictive substances to help an enlightened person stay rooted in the body?! 😕 I've heard other gurus recommend this which I feel is massively irresponsible and does not work in any circumstance but only numbs an existing problem. Enlightenment should not make us feel like we can't function in the physical world it should be there to enhance the world we're living in but if it's only making us feel mentally ill or that we need addictive substances to function then there is something seriously off with that belief system and it needs to be discarded. I really recommend seeing a Councillor as they're trained to deal with things in a non judgmental practical way. You deserve to live a good life in the here and now. ❤️

I think you just got exposed to some blocked energies without properly knowing what those energies are and how to control it or make proper use of it.. Honestly the subjects like chakras, yogas, etc are too deep so we should never try to do it or make any changes to it without a guidance from a guru. Not online guidance but physical guidance. If we do it very properly and consciously then unblocking chakras and doing yogas can have tremendous benefit for us but at the same time if we do it in a wrong way, it can impact us horribly aswell. It can destroy our mental health, emotional health and overall being and can even lead us to death. I think you just did it in a wrong way because of which you are facing through so much tension right now. Don't worry!!! Still you can be better friend. I think you should as soon as possible try to meet a guru who has good knowledge on this subject. They are the only one who can help you to be better. I don't know where you can find them but I have a suggestion, you can find accounts like "hyper quest" and "thecyberzeel" in instagram. These account owners always have a lot of knowledge about such subjects. Maybe if you can message them, they can give you some proper solution regarding it. This is all that I can help you with. I have found this way of getting rid of bad karma. You sit yoga style and take a deep breath while turning your head to the right. All the while thinking about what you did to have such bad karma. Then when you are full of it, you,as you are turning your head left,blow out all the memory and all of the bad feelings associated with that karma.

Facts. Yesterday, I saw a homeless white man holding up a sign for money. I passed him and turned back around, gave him 60.00 dollars, I donated to various charity's, also the food bank monthly takes, and money out my bank account. The only thing is to counteract the bad karmic by identify the types 1. Short life (ReleaseLife) 2. Health Obstruction (Give or Heal the sick) 3. Scarcity (generosity) etc. And diluted the bad karmic by doing lots of good as accordingly. All are mental impression of doing good (gather purity)

I am kind of living proof of what been said by Shahguru here. If things not going well, just brave yourself up and go for spiritual retreat. Come back allocate two hours each day for your sadhana practice. Such really got effect on our life karma. Bad people never ever hate or curse them, just forgive, wish them well and stay away from them.

Sadhguru said the word karma has been misused and that it means simply "action". A word can have (even officially, in dictionaries, not just in colloqual practice) MORE than one meaning, often resulting from the original meaning. Yes, Karma means "action"which an individual performs BUT it ALSO means "the RESULT (effect, impact) of this action performed in deed or in thought". In THIS sense "karma" ALSO legitimately, means "retrubution", "punishment".

While I dont remember story completely but still will tell u from whatever I can recall. There was great Tibetan saint called Milarepa. He did very bad karma. And u wont believe what he went through. His Guru was Marpa. He instructed Milarepa on condition that he wont promise he would be successful in meditation. Truth is if you did bad karma u will suffer. But if u take meditation instruction from Guru and persist, the same karma will become a launch pad. Kites fly against winds. Best of luck in your journey.
