Hi Scott, thank you so much for all of the videos and guidance, I am truly appreciated for these. I am 1.5 years of experienced frontend developer (react), and currently looking for a job. I believe mentorship by experienced developers is the most effective way to grow for juniors. Especially in today's brutal job market, it became even more crucial.
