so weird, levothyroxine only comes in 25mcg, 50mcg, 75mcg and 100mcg in my country, Kuwait. 🤔🤔 after quitting gluten, dairy, processed foods, junk kachra foods, sugars, garbage fats, soy and corn. i went from 100 to 75, then to 50, and today i will go for blood test and if my levels are high i will have to go for 25mcg! i am happy and satisfied and thanks to Dr. Anshul Gupta for my recovery, my stupid local doctors they probably hold fake degrees, they told me to eat everything, no wonder why i was not feeling well even after taking levothyroxine.!!!! my TPO was around 1000+ , then after Mito-Thyroid Diet it came down around 200, now tomorrow i will get blood test done, i want it around 100 atleast !!! i am sooooo excited !!!!! thank you doctor, May Allah bless you, God sent you as an angel in my youtube recommendation section. thank you and may god bless you ! 😊

Thank you for addressing this issue 🙌🏻. I had 4 years asking my doctors about feeling tired , gaining weight ( extremely ) although I am athletic and doing sports 5 days a week , Lost hair like if I was in quimio , had my feet and hands cold , after I ate I felt cold … and no one even suggested to check for a test … almost as you said ; “ deal with it , you are imaging it”… after that I had skin rash that got worse and after months of sending me “ topical creams” the doctor told I have an autoimmune disease … never talked about the root of it … never game any medicine or treatment … never suggested or at least considered to check about thyroid… I began doing reserch, by myself , changing my diet … but this is the most complete informative medical information that I have found about the subject !!! Telling it from the one suffering the condition 🙌🏻🙏🏻 Thank you !

There are numerous studies providing insights into how fluorides or fluorine-containing compounds (e.g. fluoroquinolones) can affect mitochondrial function, including alterations in mitochondrial membrane potential, intracellular ROS levels, apoptosis, and gene expression related to mitochondrial function. I think it would make sense to investigate the relationship between the intake of fluorine- containing drugs and thyroid dysfunction.

Is there hope it will come back? I heard after a long time chances were poor. Thank you for tour work!! I am so discouraged with the allopathic medical system I’m afraid to go to a doctor. The ones I went to did me more harm than good.

I underwent genetic testing. If have two copies of the MTHFR gene mutation, this may raise my risk for certain health conditions. I discovered through the genetic testing that I am one of the estimated 60 percent of people with MTHFR variations. The results revealed that I may have an impaired ability to methylate and have problems with my methylation pathways. And if you have Hashimoto's thyroiditis or hypothyroidism, the chance that you not only have MTHFR variations but are actively expressed is higher. Furthermore, If you are trying to manage a condition like Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, it's important that you are able to reduce inflammation and raise your glutathione levels. An MTHFR mutation can be interfering with both, as well as causing your Hashimoto's disease. Hence I was diagnosed last week with Hashimoto's. I think it's important to learn how the MTHFR gene can affect your Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. Because methylation is involved in so many important processes in the body, an MTHFR gene defect has been associated with many health conditions, including: Autoimmune disorders such as Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism. If you are trying to manage a condition like Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism or brain-based symptoms, it’s imperative that you be able to dampen inflammation and raise glutathione levels. An MTHFR defect can work against you. Some individuals with Hashimotos Thyroid disease have an undiagnosed mutation in the the MTHFR gene causing high homocysteine levels. Homocysteine is an amino acid produced when proteins are broken down. High homocysteine levels cause irritation of the arterial blood vessels and are considered an independent risk factor for blood clots, heart attacks, atrial arrhythmias, strokes and heart failure. Assessing your homocysteine levels is critical piece to protecting you heart, when you have thyroid disease and Autoimmune Thyroid disease.

Great video! Food intolerance is key! Yes there are deficiencies no doubt. In September my T4 were tested and were low. My TSH was normal. By January 2024 my TSH was high and I had high cholesterol. My Endro would not test anything for me. My doctor who referred me to him would not test me for anything. I started having all kinds of pain and diarrhea. Had my scheduled colonoscopy. I was sensitive to rice and dairy. I didn’t need test. Needless to say I found a new doctor. The day he called me for a cancellation I was just starting to get sick and the pain was getting worse. They had a cancellation for the following day. I had a large ovarian cyst. That was not resolving on it own. I had an appt with gyno to discuss surgery. Things moved quickly. At this point because I was waiting for my appointments and test. My NEW doctor agreed to do a cT scan to figure out why I had severe pain in my right side of chest my cardiologist already ruled out heart but did find an aortic aneurysm. I couldn’t get in for 2 weeks for CT scan. I seen my Gyno for cyst. It did start to resolve. She ran more test. I was also diagnosed with autoimmune in February. I refused to take any medications . I was diagnosed with degenerative joint disease. Nothing showed up for lungs on X-rays. I also had severe pain in groin and hips. The pain was so bad by the time I seen my new doctor. However we were waiting to hear about cyst. Since it was resolving and gyno said my pain was not from the cyst my new doctor agreed to add abdominal CT into my chest CT. I called every day to see if there was a cancellation. Finally I agreed to change locations because I was so sick and got in the next day. Found out I had gallbladder and liver issues. Scheduled a follow up with my doctor. I was going to fast for 2 weeks. He was running bloodwork. I was going to hold off 2 weeks to get my ultrasound until I got my bloodwork back. My liver enzymes were off the chart. I was peeing blood. My kidney function was falling. I started taking baking soda and removed all carbs from my diet. He retested me and my numbers were slowly improving. I couldn’t get an ultrasound sooner. When I did my balloon shaped gall bladder decreased in size and they could see stones. My liver had 2.5 cm lesion. I decided I was doing a liver/gallbladder flush. I removed over 200 stones. Not to mention all kinds of fungus looking things. Btw, I was diagnosed with SIBO after my colonoscopy. I removed all kinds of funky stuff doing the cleanse. My doctor ordered more bloodwork to make sure my markers improved. Kidneys resolved and liver enzymes went down significantly. I was dehydrated from doing the flush. My chloride was a little high. I stuck with meat only and I am starting to feel better. I am going to do another flush next week. I am taking iodine supplements, selenium, vitamin C, d3, k2, magnesium and potassium. My thyroid is correcting and my cholesterol is coming down. I have a follow up mid May with all doctors. I have my appt with new Endo. I fired my old one. Hats off for putting this info out there. I had to do extensive research to fix myself thanks to doctors like you putting out the information. High fats are necessary to make hormones. My gallbladder was preventing me from disgusting fats. I lost nutrients due to diarrhea. I still have loose stools due to liver/gall bladder as I am doing high fat to keep my gallbladder functioning. Iodine is key! Removing grain and dairy is the best place to start. Carnivore does heal but you need to make sure you do it with enough fats, enough meat and good quality meat. Take magnesium, potassium and salt. I needed bike Salts and digestive enzymes. My trigger was too much bread, pasta and soda, coming from a clean diet and working out 5/6 hour a day. Hormone changes galore because of age and gallbladder. I am getting my food sensitivities checked in June. My choice. I want to see if my autoimmune will be gone. I was going to get tested a few weeks back but I knew I was going to fast and do liver flushes. My old doctor wanted to put me on statins. I refused. My RA doctor told me to take Otc pain medication . I did not. I knew my pain was coming from something else. I have been removing globs of fungus as I eat high fats. All my pain has resolved. I still have diarrhea because my body is adjusting to high fats. My stool color is normal now. It was pale due to gallbladder. I am sleeping 6 hours a night finally. My bloodwork including thyroid should be normal and my thyroid should be optimal by my new endo appt at the end of the month.

Hello thanks for sharing Your story sounds a lil similar to mine I had overian cyst and fibroid tumors went in for a hysterectomy. Started having all these symptoms 😮 Shortness of breath pressure on my chest and throat heavy bloated belly like I'm full hungry and feeling like throwing up all at the same time hard to explain hips back and waist in excruciating pain mood changes like depression and such, this is 24/7 all day everyday I feel like this, went in for a CT and found an 8mm groiter/ lymph. Had all these tests like colonoscopy endoscopy ph balance MRI ultrasounds X-rays. And still nothing after.1.5 years. I have changed my diet vitamins since before the diagnosis . All symptoms are all present and I keep being bounced around and told that symptoms are due to surgery but all my MRI CT scan x-ray ultrasound blood work come back normal w Exception of hasimotos autoimmune 😢😢 I'm at a loss and feel I have no way out. I'm glad you found something that is working for you keep it up. I have a follow up w Endo in August decided not to remove thyroid after a possiblity of cancer I eat healthier no processed food for sugar and or carbs mostly organic foods no fried or fastfood I fast almost daily 14-16 hour fast im only 108 even on good days I can't seem to figure it out I feel like Dr gaslighting me.or like I'm being overly dramatic

Remember, Vitamin D supplements increase cholesterol. You can read about those studies on webmd. Reason being that we have extra cholesterol in our bodies waiting to mix with UVb rays from the son so our bodies can make natural vitamin d. When we do not go outside, no vitamin d is made. When we take vot D supplements, our body sees no need for more and when we do go outside, it does not make that extra vit. D. I hope the best for you on your journey.

Dr. Gupta, thank you for this video. I just had my blood drawn to check my levels but I believe I have an overactive thyroid, I’ll find out in 2 days but my symptoms align with hyperthyroidism. Thank you for the informative video and natural way to help.
