Good coaching.. that hitting in front of you and torso help move the feets forward direction.. that also generate more momentum 😊

I took a lesson from a Serbian Pro once. All he would say is, "Brush the ball". He screwed me up for 5 years...

Hi, beginner tennis player here, I was wondering which grip you’re using. I just want to make sure I can do this effortlessly!

Bend or outstreched arm on the forhand? How about a Video on it?
@grantdelmege2724 Жыл бұрын
It doesn't matter whether your forehand has a bend in it or straight at contact. I think 80% of top 100 ATP players use a bent arm forehand. My advice is dont force a straight arm forehand as it eill be forced and mechanical. Just hit your forehand in whatever way comes naturally to you.
@minsukang7083 Жыл бұрын
I think eastern grip comes more naturally straight and rest as bent.

You guys think this will help you all hit like him right? But this concept will not fit for all players rather it will mess you up because it will not work without learning the proper stance and footwork
