Hi ! Here in Greece we have another recipe of crispy bread with traditional Greek white cheese feta , tomatoes cut into pieces , origano and Greek Oil . And we call them "Ntakos" . If you come to Greece you should really try this! By the way I love your recipes!❤

You could try a mix of feta, watermelon, and some basil. I’d put it over cream cheese because that’s pretty calm.

You can definitely make the topping ahead of time! I would suggest toasting the baguette and adding the topping right before serving though!

Bruschetta is made by toasting whole, wide slices of a rustic Italian or sourdough type bread. Crostini are sliced and toasted from a smaller, round, finer-textured bread, more like a white bread baguette(:

Janet Moore They’re two completely different methods, grating it makes it way more fine and smoother than pressing it. But of course you could just use a garlic press, if you want to :)
