Hello dear. At min 1:07 I am telling that you have to create a loop 15 cm long, not 1.5 cm long, but you can make it even longer if you want your knotted element to be bigger. If you don't have hooks, you can make even a simple tie for closing, it's not a problem. Depends on your preferences.
