Thanks Unmesh, After your earlier video on the Retouchme plugins I bought those three plus the clean background, that one is must if shooting in studio on painted sets or even paper rolls that are not spotless. The Heal and background one save me a lot of time and the other two jazz up my portraits. As always, you are one of the best instructors out there

Thank you for a great video and the free actions. I just did headshots for an entire Symphonic Orchestra and was dreading the task of retouching them. The Retouch4me plugins are going to be a lifesaver. I just purchased the 3 plugins you recommended, tested them out, and are loving them. I can set them to be very subtle and natural looking. This will save me sooooo much time. Totally worth the $300.

@@elyaziaalyaaqoubiphotograp4467 - from my experience, there isn’t just one of the plugins that will do all the skin treatment. To get to the best starting place for retouching, I am using the Heal, Dodge & Burn, and the Portrait Volumes plugins. If I had to choose only 1, I would probably go with the Dodge & Burn. Healing can be time consuming, but is easily done by hand. The dodging and burning that this plug-in does is excellent and saves me a lot of time. But, everyone works differently, so you have to think about what task is the one that pains you the most in your workflow.

I have a simple question for you, which I hope you'll be able to answer without compromising your loyalty to Photoshop. I have both Photoshop (and the related applications that go with it, such as Lightroom) and Affinity Photo (with all its related applications). I don't have the inclination or the energy to devote hundreds of hours to mastering both these applications, so if I must choose what "system" should I go with? You'll justifiably say Photoshop, but other than being the originator and market leader in this field, are there more pressing reasons I should ignore Affinity Photo (it does have its unique advantages) and go with Photoshop? ps: do you undertake private design/edit jobs?
