holy moly those workouts are complicated. 10,12 or 16 x 25 at Z4 will do the trick. Endurance & drills before and after ...

How about getting full stroke efficiency first. Practice swimming poorly you will become good at swimming poorly. Pull buoy between thighs? why get body streamline out of line. Between ankles and held with strap or better partially deflate a 10 inch wheel barrow tube and figure eight it around your ankles. Remember when swimming you must anchor your hands and pull your body past them. Feel the pressure on the palms and suction on the back.Get lift off your hands like the air flow over an air craft wing. Accelerate your stroke through the water and feel your fingers try to flick off at the end of the stroke. Occasionally touch your thigh with your thumb to remind your self not to pull outside your shoulder line.😂
