Got a coach early on, my form improved greatly. Settled for self swimming for some time as it got quite pricey to be coached and suffered alot. Got coached again from a local hero and my swim times went through the roof, cominf out the water with the lead pack if not the lead was something I would always find myself doing in races. Get a coach is my no. 1 tip.

I self learned swimming for a year by this July. At first my body was soft and overweight, so I alway felt my tummy was dropping and not able to maintain balance when attempting rotating. Now I lost weight and overall more muscular, I can maintain the form much better.
