The first symptom Sadhguru talks about is very deep and all of us should grasp it at the earliest. There's a world of difference between conscious thought process and being consumed by thought. One is a miracle and other is a tragedy. This part of the video hit me really hard. Which is your favourite part in the video?

The second symptom Sadhguru ji spoke about is Strong Conclusions have imprisioned you in your mind. I haven't seen conclusions in this way. Conclusions drawn on certain situations are for clarity in that purpose. What if conclusions are made with inadequate information or on compulsive nature ? they become unbreakable walls we imprision ourselves. It's great to be liberated from your own mind, thoughts. Free yourself from you. Such a great Yogi! Blessed to be living in his time - Samakalikulam.
