The heart of this video is, how to scale your mushroom operation. That is in fact not that difficult. One just needs to make everything bigger. Bigger tent, bigger fogger and bigger autoclave. One would also need to calculate and set realistic demand targets and then streamline the production accordingly. That said, I think that managing a waste minimized production will be the key for most growers. The TEK can easily adapted to a bigger volume, but the mindset needs to change completely. For me the average grower starts with an interest in biology, then has to learn TEK stuff, and for scaling needs to learn production and business topics. After that, he needs to maintain and grow relations with new customer. Without a higher customer demand, scaling is not needed and not reasonable, so marketing will also become a key factor. Just my two cents. Happy Mushrooming!

Hey Alfredo! It's wonderful to see that you appreciate the depth and scope of my project. This particular video may not have a large audience, but it brought me immense joy to create because it serves as a bridge between various fields of activity. Coming from the intersection of biology and technology, the focus shifts to organizational topics, especially Kaizen, and its origins in the human mind. To me, it's a bridge between the external and internal worlds, highlighting how we interact with different aspects of life, whether it's with fungi, technical systems, or even our own minds. I truly appreciate your kind comment and support. Happy Mushrooming!

Danke nochmals!

Do you plan to do a video in german? That would be great
@diy-mushroom-tek2 жыл бұрын
Hey Ronny, YT automatically creates subtitles from the narrative voice. These subtitles can then be translated to any language. I just checked out the German translation. It is ok. Good enough to get the every important points. The YT videos I recommended are all in English anyway, but all can also be translated! Each video I produced took a really long time planning and realizing. Since there are not many mushroom growing people out there, one has to learn English anyway, if one wants to connect to a bigger community! If you start doing everything in English, you will learn to understand it very fast. As you notice from my accent, to formulate your thoughts in adequate English is then again, a quite different and challenging task. All the best and happy mushrooming! (edit: typo)

Do you have a discord server?
@diy-mushroom-tek2 жыл бұрын
Hey Nico, I do not have a Discord server yet. Can you please elaborate what the advantages would be? Until now I thought that the comment section under each YT video would be sufficient for community communication. Greetings from Germany!

@@diy-mushroom-tek A Discord Server really helps to organize this great project. Communication is way easier this way. It is basically like Reddit but with more possibilities to communicate. I highly recommend it and would be happy to build and manage it. Because your great project deserves it and it would really benefit from the “Schwarmintelligenz” from other users! 😊 Grüße

@@Mister_Stork Hey Niko, yes „Schwarmintelligenz“ is always a good thing. Up to now, there hasn’t been that much communication or questions about specifics of my project. There are also not many people following or aware of this project. This would also not be changed by a discord server. When we reach the point when the basic communication tools of KZbin, Instructables, Thingiverse and Facebook are not adequate anymore, I will consider opening a discord server. In any case, many thanks for your kind offer to help me set one up! I may take your word for it one day! Greetings from Aachen.
