Yeah, I think I’d have to agree. The dam was cracking with each run that was walked in to tie it and take a 1 run lead and then it burst wide open with the grand to go up 5. That was fantastic baseball to watch no doubt. High up on the list for sure.

Not really considering how awful Oregon's pitching was this game. They could barely even throw a strike in the latter innings. They don't have the bullpen depth that the top SEC teams do. Tennessee for example, would have especially lit them up with that pitching performance.

As an LSU/Louisiana-Lafayette fan, that was probably the most electric baseball crowd I have ever seen. Those Aggies absolutely deserve to be in the CWS with that kind of energy in front of them. Great class and great sportsmanship. Congrats, Aggies!

I had been watching the first 6 innings and I thought, “A&M’s done for.” Then, my Dad tells me to come downstairs cause there’s been a development in the game. I literally run down the stairs just in time to see Kent crush the Grand Slam. When that happened, I went nuts. Talk about perfect timing!

All I said was it’s not hard to comeback when you can score 9 runs on 2 hits - which it’s not. By the way, Oregon walked 9 batters in game 1, so yeah it was a problem then too

Unbelievable game! Oregon is scary good, but you can never count out this A&M team. They never give up. I hope Shane Sdao is OK for Omaha. He's got great stuff when healthy and A&M needs his arm as a starter.

Their pitching looked scary bad to me. Could barely get in strikes in the latter innings. Low on quality bullpen depth. You can't beat a top tier SEC team when you are struggling to even just not walk people.

If they made GA 8K+ (the total capacity of Olsen today) that section will still be full no matter how the team is doing. And that's before families and old Ags show up, and/or season ticket holders.

I blame the Oregon coach for not getting #52 out of the game sooner. Once he walked the second run in to make it 8-6 he should have been pulled. He should have never let the game get tied up before making a change. The writing was on the wall at the point.

Oregon has a short bullpen. It's why the Ducks rode two starters for 120+ pitches in the regional. A lack of depth showed up in this game and it was insurmountable against A&M's lineup.

They were playing in 100 degree weather with 90 plus percent humidity and it wore their entire team down mentally and physically, there was nobody warming up in the pen,, they had nobody left, thankfully it ended yesterday if they had to play today they would’ve been pitching with outfielders and position players

GOOD RIDDANCE Oregon is FINALLY ELIMINATED! They deserve it. Oregon Teams of any kind don’t deserve to win games. And giving their Rival Friends Oregon State lost to Kentucky makes it even more great. Especially the fact none of them were able to even punch their ticket to Omaha for the College World Series. Main reason I can think of as to why those STUPID DUCKS even brought back their Baseball Program to begin with was due to their Rival Friends the Oregon State Beavers winning it all in 2006 & 2007. But again! Giving neither of them will be going to Omaha for the College World Series is great. Especially giving it was already bad enough they even made the Post Season to begin with!
