Great info and advices...!!! Definitely "mechanics" that's something you need to be focus only on BP, at the game everything is going to come by itself, at the game the most important thing is hit the BALL.

I watch all your vids but one really caught my attention you said to open up your stance at the plate and i did and yesterday my dad pitched me about 15 balls and 4 or 5 went over our back yard fence and it caught me by surprise because I barely ever had seen the ball but opening up my stance helps me see the ball a lot better

Hey coach justin, I enjoyed your video very much. I've really been trying to perfect my swing and my former approach to it. - I have a question if you have time that is. At my next tryout, I want to show my versatility. Do I need multiple gloves (first base mitt, infielder glove, and outfielder glove) or should I stick to one? Note: I only have one glove (for infield).

That's a great question. I think if you ACTUALLY want to play all of those positions during the season then yes, you need to invest in the proper gloves for each one. However, if you're strictly doing it at tryouts to show that you're versatile then I wouldn't waste the money.. just use your current glove.
