The issue I had was with each earbud connecting separately to my iPhone Bluetooth. I tried everything people suggested; no luck. But then the lightbulb went off in my head and i reached over to my iPad that I had paired the same earbuds with and I turned off the Bluetooth on the iPad, put the earbuds back in the case for 15 seconds. After that, they started working fine! So, check all other devices that you have paired them with and turn those devices off!

They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

Lol, wow, that's weird but it actually worked. Turn off both earbuds. Turn on the Bluetooth on the device first then turn on the earbuds and whoops it pairs and connected. Great video man.

Just bought a 3rd set of earbuds a week ago....once again they sound great...however 12-13 minutes into jogging the audio begins to crackle then choppy audio which gets worse...when I disconnected and reconnected with bluetooth it continued to be choppy...and worse an audio voice saying connecting and disconnecting...which the earbuds did do over and over...I tried these on my S22 & old S9...and it happened on both...very frustrating that it keeps happening...is it the phones or the earbuds??

Thank you for this video. Can you please help me with my problem? The right earbud's red light (QCY T1) has been ON steadily since last night. I remove the earbud from the case or put it back into it and the red light is still on, I tried to reset them, I unpaired them from all devices and it's still on, just from the right earbud and of course there's no audio from it. Can you please tell me what could it be? I've been googling the issue but I still can't find any answer.

bleutooth is a night mare. it could be cool but it practice it works so bad. even after we solve the lag prblems it will never work as good as a wire.i knosw i can pick uyp my headset andjust plug in the 3.5 mm plug in ttime to pickup an in coming phone call. bluetooth alwas refuses to connect my foodalways gets cold when i want to watcvh you tube with my bt head phones on. it always fail so i use mt wirwed one it is reallly a shame and wheb more thsn 1evice is paired 5to aspeaker it isalways the wrong devicde cobnnecting to it wheni turn it on. they shuld have invdnteda way ro circumvent that problem. some how yes i know cheap sorry i have nu suggestions othe than a display and button to allow a device to connewct or not . but that wouls be expensive
