Hi... I just want to try to help anyone else who is struggling... 1. Factory reset the earbuds (or just regular reset like guy in video)... Remove your earbuds from the device list in your phone or computer ("Forget this device" "Remove device") 2. Close the case for a few minutes, just leave them there. Then after a few minutes open the case up and they should automatically pair... but you have to leave them for a while. 3. Then try to connect your device to your phone or computer as a new device. It should work after that... That was literally the only method which worked for me. I am harassed.

I have ordered earbuds from them that say mini which are supposed to be for smaller ears and they have sent me giganticones three times in row now!

Go to settings, accessibility, audio/visual, an then the mono should be there. I’m not sure if it’ll help you but that’s how you get to it🙌🏽💯

SOLUTION - ® NO LIGHT/SIGNAL NOT FUNCTION -right earbuds move away 10meter far from out of connection area. -left side stay in connected mode untill the level battery finished totally gone 5-10% -unpair/reset disconnect all the mobile devices Bluetooth paring mode. -then both earbuds put it back together and charging for 1~2 day. -later you will found left earbuds with light back to normal then TAKE OUT THE LEFT EARBUDS FIRST and do the reset (both earbuds tap 6time pressdown and hold for 8'sec)on/off repeat twice time.
