Of course, it appears that inflation has subsided, but they changed the metrics as to how they gauge inflation. With the price of precious metals, unemployment rising, housing inventory in wages, going down. It will only be a matter of time before heavy cracks in the armor show.

SMST will not be delisted, they would do a reverse split (again). MSTR is in a bad spot. They need BTC to practically double to justify a $300 price. If BTC does go up they will be buying it at higher prices using tons of debt and shares. It has to collapse at some point.

Until the last 10/15 years home loan rates ran around 6/7%. Cutting the interest rate too soon will lead to higher inflation. Higher oil, if it does not come down, is inflationary. Tariffs are inflationary,\ etc. Be careful what you wish for it may make things worse. All these talking head did not live through the high inflation of the 70s. I did. If inflation gets higher then the measures to lower it will be much worse.

Sofi was a good deal early last week but I probably won’t add now that it’s back over $16. I have a few leaps and a few hundred shares I bought back when it was $6. I can see it hitting $25 this year on the low end.
