The first story could have been a predator pretending the person had done something wrong to get them to lower their guard and try to appeal to them. Like fake cops trying to pull people over, like fake store employees/security saying an innocent person "needs to come with" them, etc. Don't trust it if you know you didn't do something wrong!

I love bowling. It's one of my favorite sports besides basketball. (The last time I went bowling was a few years ago. A friend/neighbor of mine, who lived across the street from me, would invite me to go bowling with her, her mom, and a couple of their friends. We would play a couple games, get something to eat and drink from the snack bar, and sometimes, we would play games in the arcade/game room. It was a whole lot of fun. By the way, my friend/neighbor's name was Miranda, but her family, along with my mom and I, called her Mandy. Sadly, Miranda passed away a year and a half ago. She died from COVID, which is very devastating, because she was a very good friend of mine. 😢)
