Hung curd! Hang curd नहीं! Hang verb होता है, hung adjective है। जैसे, red curd या yellow curd … hung curd.

Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, in red masala, second white masala is for malai tikka, Afghani tikka etc, yellow masala will work for banjara kabab,or any signature kabab.
