White gravy se - sahi (paneer/chicken) n tandoori reshmi butter masala n white butter chicken. Yellow gravy - kadhai chicken/paneer,butter masala chicken/paneer,mixed veg., Sabgi wali handi/non.veg handi chicken/ Morton, masala gravy chicken/motton/fish.. Tomato gravy also like yellow gravy.. N chop gravy is supporting gravy

Well explained and taught overall, with measurements, timings and consistency of sauce, lots of details that is sometimes missed by other chefs! 👏 The only thing that would have made it perfect is if you also gave examples as to how these sauces are used for those of us who are not experienced in the kitchen or come from a different background to cooking Indian cuisine but want to learn. ☺️🙏

Bahut Nadiya. Ustaad aap ne gravy ko tadke ke pehle paste kaise banana? Khade masalon ke saath grinder me ya khade masale nikalkar? Aur paste kaise banaya konikal strainerse? Krupaya bataana.aur aapne kahi bhi magaz ka use Nahi kiya jabke tomato yellow white gravy me magaz dalta hai. Jara state. Dhannyawaad. MAZA AAGAYA.
