By sheer coincidence I made a video on transferring weight from the mid back to the neck and shoulders moving through a plough and increasing the range of motion incrementally. Perhaps you might like to check it out it is on my channel. I am a musician and on the guitar the hand has four limbs and the thumb is gravity, although new to movement practice I have in fact been working at a hight level for a long time. The video is follow alongable and it is a meditation, your shoulder roll will be much better than mine (I was expelled from my one and only judo class at seven for beating up all the kids with coloured belts (I had an older brother, don't know why the others were so unskilled although..... teaching for a guild tends to be obfuscatory and delusional) and of course the top half of the movement is not addressed,(I'll be doing that tonight). That being said, the method is sound and might be interesting, there is no point where I take myself outside the meditation from the start to the finish, it is nice to avoid resetting sometimes. All the best and don't be concerned that you won't look, everyone builds the walls that suit them.

Do you recommend do the last exercise like in a headstand position, with minimal assistance of the arms?

In general yes, but that one is pretty advanced, so make sure you prepare for it properly and show respect. Also look up variations of an exercise called the wrestlers bridge, which is another really good next training protocol
