I don't mean this in a negative way at all, but just for the record, pulls up are significantly harder than chin ups. Ash was doing pull ups in the clip you showed but this was chin ups. It's very different. Chin ups are mostly just arm strength but pull ups use a lot of back, shoulder, and lats :)
