Buyer beware! We bought a sofa in dec 2022 and the sales lady told us that they have warranty and exchange policy if it is defective. When they delivered it to us, one cushion on the left side was already softer than the other two. We sat on it for 2 months and the problem one was already flat out. Leon sent an neutral party who investigated and produced report to Leon before an exchange or warranty can be granted. The inspector open the back of the sofa and saw the defect of the stuff materials was significantly abnormal and insufficient. We got his verbal report on the spot. After 2-3 weeks, Leon didn’t follow up with us even after I sent them email to follow up. Zero response. Then we called them and the lady told us that the inspector said the issue was due to misuse by us. Leon lied from the point of sale til the warranty period. DO NOT BUY. We lost $2000 in 2 months !

Who actually goes in person to buy furniture at a store anymore . I can do that at home on my phone . Just tell me when they're going to deliver it and I'll unlock the door for em from my office .
