My first tag was basically my legit name lmao. Since then tho gone through a few names but picked mine after a video game character named Vile. At that point tho I stopped caring about graff and was inactive for years until winter 2020 when I met with my sensei who taught me hand styles and gave me the blessing to push the big boi crew now that I'm grown up, told me its a tough name cause it also sounds like "vial" aka a crack pipe lol now I went from tags to bombing to making characters to just appreciating the art form in general and having fun instead of obsessing over my ups or who's up just do your thing homies! Stay up!

My tag is "HAÎKU" which is a kind of japanese short poem with specific metrical rules. before getting into graffiti I used to write those really short phrases or poems (my aim was to make people reflect or just tell jokes) on all sort of things. When I got into tagging, i just thought it was a cool name that nobody had (at least in my city). I also liked the oriental sound it has and the letter H I guess my way was the bonus one

And its interesting you mention that cause I always had wondered for the longest time how my father manages to be so calm about everything, and how I was always so wound up. haha. And the older I've gotten, the closer I get to that as well and I feel like with age, a certain calm tends to come down on you...or maybe that's just people like us, idk lol. I think either I'm more tolerant, or understanding possibly 🤔 but I have been running the same name, but I do have others I've used and still do, and those names only hold one purpose, there purpose was to allow me to keep hitting the street, worry free, with different style and when I felt that name was getting hot, I would cycle through 2 other names, for a bit, and then return to the original. And that cycle continues as the years go on.

Some time after i created that, i just thought that it was kind of 'cringe' and that it was easily recognisable. my tag is Kikiriki / Pituka. If there are any Hispanics here, you'll know "Kikiriki" is the "cock-a-doodle-do" we have. I used to like roosters as a kid so I got nicknamed Kikiriki and I forget how my family pulled up Pituka (i think its from an old TV show/cartoon) but Kikiriki and Pituka were my two nicknames growing up, so I used them to tag. It just felt right. I actually kind of have different roles for my two tags. I like writing one-sentence poems, whether it be quotes I see on the internet or quotes from my own stories (I'm a writer). For the more poetic stuff, I'll tag with Kikiriki. Just for fun and to play around with styles, colours, etc. I'll use Pituka. :)

Now i've changed it to "saker" because one day i where looking for a new tag, and i saw a alcohol drink called "shaker" and i thought it actually was a good tag, but i didnt want to fully copy and paste so i took out the "h" and i turned out to saker (sorry for bad english, its not my first language)

the TH is a harder letter combo I find but that's just me. Starting and ending with a sort of stick letter on each end (Y and H) could help make things symmetrical a bit easier
