I appreciate the transparency in your videos. One thing that's never really talked about deeply in some homesteading channels is the amount of work involved to start up and maintain a homestead on a daily basis and how that impacts your physical and mental health over time. I think a lot of people get into homesteading completely underestimating the "daily grind". In addition, I think some people go into this thinking they can gain a sort of independence...and then quickly learn they can't do it all on their own. I suppose it's easier when you're in your 20's and 30's, but definitely gets harder (again, mentally and physically) into your 40's and beyond.

This is all so true. A lot goes into just simply the upkeep of homestead and then add in any fun things you want to do and it adds up quickly! Appreciate your feedback and comment!
