Right now I’m only using the free JS estimator. I spoke w/ a manufacturer yesterday and gave him my estimate of his total units sold per month on AMZ for one product and he said; “that sounds about right” so I feel like it’s in the ballpark.

I have heard of another method that I find very interesting. It’s just that I haven’t tested it yet because I haven’t started. But here it is: counting the reviews in a month for a certain product. That person said that Amazon had made some kind of statistic a while back and had come to the conclusion that about 1 of 25-30 buyers will leave a review. So if you see that in March there were 3 review, you can estimate the product sold 75-90 units. I think it’s interesting and worth testing, especially by you, since you already sell 🙂 Oh and this was a very good way of seeing what variation actually sells, in case a listing has multiple variations. Because, as you might know already, the BSR of each variation is the same, even though some variations sell very well and others don’t sell at all. Let me know your thoughts and if maybe you can test this out and confirm or correct me 🙂

I've found ceramic plates that check along of boxes of good starting project but the problem is competition. I'm struggling to find a price and selling tier to begin the project -_-

That makes deal analysis very hard. Try to use FBA Multitool and Keepa. Keepa for the competition and FBA Multitool for the setting of price :) You can do it!

So when there is some what a large difference between Multitool/SellerAmp Est & Jungle scout .... what do you reckon is the best to work off? or calc the average between the 2? ....... I was looking at a printer Multiool/Amp showed 30 sales pm , Jungle scout was a few thousand
