I do a lot of spiritual meditation for calmness and to have a nice relationship with my creator. It is so important for me to have peace in my life to build resilience and do better everyday. I love the way you see things like nature, I do my self incline to have more natural than synthetic at home and I am blessed that I have the beach near by so I can go when ever I want 😊. Thank you! Very rarely, I usually try to keep my space clear from bad energies to begin with. I don't let people with negative mindset or those who tend to be jealous in my home. I'm very selective with whom I let into my space. But sometimes I burn a sage or a Palo Santo stick if I feel that my space needs a cleanse. I did that only a few times in my life. Mostly I set the cleansing intentions simply when I am doing a regular cleaning. No special rituals or attributes, just the power of thought :) that's the most powerful part

How do you clean your silk clothing/ things? Hand washing with soda?

I wash in my washing machine on a gentle cycle, I've been doing it for years, it still looks brand new :)
