This is such an underrated tutorial! Thanks, Tormund!

Hi. Thanks for the tips. What if I want to enter chest to wall handstand using parallettes? I can't find anything anywhere! Usually when it comes to parallettes you always see back to wall progressions, not chest to wall.

Do you thing that kicking up for back to wall and then switching to chest to wall by turning is viable for beginners? I am a tall heavy ass dude and first way is too tiring for me. Also, I am prone to pushing myself too much so saving the strength from the entry would be helpful

Too weak for the first option and I feel that it s the safest . Would just keep grinding that move get me stronger ? Or there are other moves that can help improve this one , like shoulder press maybe ?

doing the move to your best ability will help get you stronger. it may also be the way you do the move and not the move itself that's giving you difficulty

@@yurimar 🙏 thanks man , I think gonna have to agree on the poor technique as well . Trying to stay rigid and keeping those shoulders on top Of wrist . Filmed myself and I figured that I’m leaning too much towards the wall ( exactly what u said that we should not be doing ) 🙏

hey man, I'm not sure how much I can really help you over youtube comments. I would say maybe check out my wrist series on vimeo, and I also have an article on my website that talks about dealing with wrist injuries but I don't know anything about your situation. might be just some tweaks in the technique that could fix things or you may have some serious wrist issues and need to see a medical professional.
