Fun fact the BDSP method for mew and jirachi is actually infinite as if you reset the save file after taking out the mew you can keep going to that point and have infinite mews and jirachis, it’s just gonna take a while lol😂

If the Pokéball is secondhand there’s a chance that somebody has already claimed the Mew. If so you will be unable to claim it yourself

This. Every Pokeball Plus only comes with one Mew in it. Once this Mew is claimed, there's no way to get another. Used Pokeball Plus almost certainly will have had the Mew claimed unless someone just bought it to use with Go for some reason.

Having had done all 3 methods, you definitely left out crucial information about the PoGo mythical transfers. And as everyone else has pointed out the Pokeball, plus it is not around 90 at all I went to buy a 2nd one and the average is like 160 minimum if you find one with mew in it.

if not mistaken it must be new untouched Pokeball+ in order to get mew. we might not receive the mew if buying secondhand pokeball+ because the mew might already been redeemed. correct me if im wrong

@@TagforceGamer I don't believe that is the case as you had to go into the menu and specifically take out/redeem the mew as it was also in there as the Pokeball + is an auto cather for PoGo but you need a pokemon in it. So automatically losing Mew would suck big time

The second option does not work as you cannot send Mew into the other games unless it has already been registered in said games saved files with a previous event Mew. I tried and now my Pokémon Go Mew is trapped in Pokémon Home. From what I understand, the Poké Ball Plus only grants a Mew from the first use. (And, they've all have been bought and more than likely used, already.) Maybe, I'm wrong, but that's what everyone has been saying online. The BDSP option... Well, I've got to get a version, so I can try. I've been dying to get a Mew in the mainstream games, but it's always a struggle. (I hope they bring back the shiny Mew event.)

You can also get a Mew in BDSP from an old lady in Floroma Town by having Let's Go (can be either Pikachu or Eevee) save data on your Switch. The more you know

For those willing to reach start their switch losing all their pokémon data My back it up to a different switch if you do if you use the clone method in the first version of diamond and Pearl and redeem the mew and jirachi cologne and then clone it in the method you can then get them unlocked you don't have to keep them there anymore

There was also a limited research for Pokémon Go during the Kanto Tour event, if you paid for a ticket you got a research story line that when completed rewarded you with Shiny Mew ✨. Damn, I'm unlucky when it comes to those games. I bought let's go pikachu, only for it to turn out to be kinda bad and have no abilities (I forgot to check, thats on me), then legends arceus which was amazing but had no *GOOD* bonuses for having the let's go games, and then scarlet, which had no *GOOD* bonuses for having any of the previous games. However I don't regret buying any pokemon game aside from let's go, as all of them were really good.

I got Pokémon Yellow on 3DS. Did the mew glitch near Nugget Bridge Pokémon transporter and then Home I think? Everyone should play go if they want mythical or legendary mons. The pokemon go research isn't cheap and takes ages to complete. Stage 1 requires you to complete the kanto dex, which requires you to go to amaerica, Australia and really anywhere in Europe to get tauros, khangaskan and Mr mime

I have a list of Pokémon games in the order I want them bc I’ve decided to collect them all now and then I decided to complete all the Pokédexes too so pokeball plus is on my list but it’s literally dead last also my file data on Pokémon yellow just said it was destroyed after 62 hours of gameplay 😭 I was playing it perfectly to ensure I wouldn’t struggle with the elite four since it’s an earlier more difficult game so after every gym I would train all my Pokémon 5 levels in the wild and any trainers on top of that for extra levels and I wouldn’t miss any trainers and I had 6 gyms badges and just caught a level 10 dragonite to replace my pikachu and I trained it up to level 50 and that’s when the data was destroyed I’ve never been more heartbroken
