When you say "how many appointments did you go on" what do you mean? What qualifies as a "appointment"? Showing a buyer client? Going on a listing appointment?

Most people that cold call are calling for potential listings. Traditionally Buyers are a consequence of having listings. Many potential clients who are interested in selling their homes will also purchase another property. So, an appointment can mean meeting with a potential Seller and he may or may not be a Buyer.
