Smartest thing to do is take out a loan, and invest in something you know will bring you money. Let ever you buy build or own, make you money. Invest your profit into no penalty early with drawl ccds, put your own money into savings. Pay off the credit slowly and let your investment slowly build your credit while also building interest.
