I do this and this is great advice. Yes, it's that simple but he forgot to mention one thing. If you decide to do option 2, DO NOT USE THE CARD FOR PURCHASES OR ANYTHING ELSE or you will pay interest on the purchases. When you make payments, all payments will go towards the larger balance (the balance transfer) and you will incur interest on purchases until balance transfer is paid off. Disregard this if you have a 0% interest promo on purchases but still keep in mind that if you don't pay the balance transfer off before the 0% promo on purchases ends, you will begin to pay interest on purchases until the transfer is paid off. Basically, if you do option 2, do not use that same credit card for anything else until the balance is paid.

I like this guy. Many people talk of "wealth classes ", "I'll teach you how to make money.... Blah blah blah. And when you listen to what they have to say, their talk is cheap, has no valuable content for you to take practical lessons /ideas and apply. Because they either don't want to give away their" secrets" or they are empty heads themselves, but make you waste your time and money. As for Fain, his tutorials are practical. To the point. What Richard is teaching really does work and I’ve seen my credit increase by 100points in two months and total of 200 points by 6 months when consistently using it correctly! Plus, I was able to stack lots of money because I started changing my attitude about money and stopped mismanaging it as well.❤️ Always great content Richard! Keep them coming.... :-)

Please don't be confused. This will add huge down spikes in your credit history..Just because you waited until the cycle date in 1 month, spent all the way up til the end of statement period the next month, and finally due the following month, well, your credit card co. will report that usage and if you spent over 35%, you'll surely suffer as its much easier to tank your credit versus increase it. Best thing to do is not follow this guys advice, and when the cycle date occurs 1 month, you spent all the way up til the end of the statement period the next month and pay it off in full at THAT same time the statement period ends - this way you avoid that balance EVER going on a statement, which is the key to boosting credit..NOT Using it up. This is not a hack and will certainly have you in more mess than you're trying to avoid.

There is another way to make money slowly the sure way is by knowing your income, having a monthly budget on how much you want to spend, using dates like above, checking account does not pay very much interest so place the income in a money market that pays more in interest, when the time to pay withdraw the amount you need and rest still drawing interest. Rome was not built over night but with discipline it will grow safely over time. Never pay interest and let the bank pay you. Have a bless day!

Discover has 0% interest with 2% fee, etc. One thing he doesn't mention is that once you use a credit card for a balance transfer, DO NOT USE IT FOR PURCHASES as you will incur interest on the purchases. Option #2 still has monthly minimum payments on the amount you got as a cash advance on your credit limit. For his example it would be pretty sizeable; hundreds of dollars a month; on a $48k loan. Funny how he doesn't mention that.
@pico_sandoval3 жыл бұрын
Exactly. Even option one requires you to make sure that you pay off whatever is owed when it is due regardless of whether you are able to sell your goods or not to keep from owing the bank any interest. After getting out of credit card debt many years ago I don't prefer using my credit cards as a loan to buy things I'd rather buy the goods with my own money and sell it as soon as I can and not have to worry about any interest payments at all. Trying to stay on top of all this credit card management would give me a headache not to mention one slip-up causes you to owe interest to the bank which I never ever want to do ever again in my life!
