That basket tray is to hold paper plates. They are usually sold in a package of four.

Your projects were very innovative. You put together a 3 tier tray using a variety of shapes and textures not normally used. I loved the end result. I thought the wreath was so wonderfully well done. I absolutely love these. I have several cookie Tins in my storage room. I never thought of this. Thanks so much for the inspiration. My husband work is slow so I'm going to be making a couple of basket g Holders with handles and a couple of the welcome signs for Christmas gifts. I grabbed a few of the welcome and believe signs from dollar tree earlier this year. Hopefully they will turn out as nice as yours.

The basket is privet for paper plates to hold so your plate won't fall over flat or anything. They usually come in a set.
