Hi sir. Can you help me, the scenario is i enable to QR scan via gDMSS to reset, how ever the email that i put in the camera is not active or im not using this any more. Can we still change the email in the camera? thanks. hope you will reply.

Добрый день. Пересмотрел Ваш ролик. Есть вопрос. Что скажете по камере Камера EZ-IPC-C1B40P-POE Она даже имеет кнопку РЕСЕТ, но сбросить на заводские настройки не получается, она просто перезагружается. Можно с вами связаться для консультации? У камеры "слетел" пароль после переподключения с роутера на пое регистратор и обратно. Она работает, в приложении есть картинка, но войти в вэбинтерфейс не предоставляется возможным. В регистраторе определяется, но пишет не верный логин или пароль. Техподдержка дахуа не справилась. Я им файл скидывал созданный в конфиг тул. Заранее Вам благодарен. Может есть какой лайфхак, обнулить ее?

This is ridiculous. I have no access to the passwords or email address, due to a previous admin setting up the system and not passing on any info. Now it's an uphill battle simply to perform a factory reset. Reset button doesn't work, super passwords from S/N or date don't work. Default passwords don't work. This is called Stupid UI.

@@allenperera6158 I threw the thing in the bin and went with a Blue Iris NVR. The Dahua cameras are good but their NVR is absolute rubbish.

I bought a previously owned Dahua NVR4108 with several Dahua dome-type camera's. For some reason the camera's don't accept the built-in default passwords, nor do they have a 'forgot password?'' option on the browser interface. I've not been able to find a reset button on them, help!

Did you fix it? I have same problem. There is no reset button on camera. No "forget password" on web interface.

@@afsala.a.6598 I did manage it, eventually! It's been a while though so my memory on it is a bit foggy. You need to first find documentation on your camera type, look for the reset jumper connections, then put a little pin in both while powering on the camera. I have 2 ip dome cameras (mac address : 4c:11:bf:e1:54:c6 and 4c:11:bf:e1:54:d7). When I try to add into NVR it shows "Invalid username or password" so I try to reset the cameras but there is no physical reset button and no "forget password" tab on web interface. Please help, thanks in advance.

9:17 there is a camera present under item 4 ONLY if you have the current admin password. If you do not there is no reset button or camera. In other items the camera with unknown password shows up. My cameras also have damaged web interface it says 404 not found...

guys, i had the password reset problem with my new ip dome lite 4mp, i tried to send email with xml but dahua replied with "you didn't authorize by server" (wth), so i look at the sticker on top of the camera with the code security (try to find it in the box too), in web interface I used admin and put the security code in caps letters, so it worked for me...
