Hi. I wonder if you can help. Even though I can see the serial numbers, my cameras only say 'IP Camera' and there are only model numbers on some - is there a way I can find firmware for the ones I have no model version for using the serial number?

Hi, thanks for doing the video, very well informed. I wonder if you or anyone can help me, Ive updated the firmware on one of my cameras and its lost the smat plan and ivs options which is starange. When logged direct into the camera after the firmware update, on the alarms tab ive lost the ivs option. The camera is: IPC-HDBW4431E-ASE and its on the most recent firmware which i downloaded from Dahua. Thanks Paul.

Fixed it. If Smart Codec on? then you need to turn it off, it can't be use with IVS. This must get re-set when the firmware is updated.
