I found you by the grace of God. One day while studying hair growth channels you showed up on my feed. I try to go and study other channels but I always come back to you. For almost 20 yrs my hair has only grown mid neck length, I felt like that was the way things would be because of a thyroid condition, now my hair is shoulder length. I'm getting length but have not gotten thickness yet. I'm especially concerned about the balding spot in the crown of my head. I'm sure the thickness will come. I just started my hair journey on May 23, 2021 and I'm not joking it's like my hair was happy to be introduced to fenugreek and it's like it leaped for joy going from mid neck to shoulder length as of today (6.16.21). I don't know if the rest of my hair journey will be on lead and bounds like the start, but I'm excited to be traveling with you. Now I'll put it up and try to leave it alone for 30 days.

Hi Sandra, can you make fenugreek oil with fenugreek powder? Also, when making cold pressed aloe vera oil, what do you put in as a preservative? I’m planning to do the 21 day method, I tried it once before and the oil became rancid because I didn’t put any preservative in. Some people use salt, but I’m not comfortable with using salt in oil intended for my hair. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you kindly for your response.
