I used oral fenugreek to keep my breast milk production up. I was producing over 8oz from each breast when my son was over a year... My hair went from above my shoulders to the middle of my back in less than a yr. I always thought it was pregnancy and vitamins, but maybe it was the fenugreek capsules that I was taking!

I think the reason people are finding it hard to get a smooth paste is because they are not blending an overnight soaked fenugreek seeds. So I have been using this seeds for other healthy purposes but haven't gotten around to using it on my hair. After an overnight soak in a water jar with a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds, drain the water in a cup and drink it on an stomach in the morning for healthy benefits like encouraging weight loss, aids in digestion, reduce cholesterol & menstrual cramps and so much more. Then blend the soaked seeds with water till you feel a fine paste. Add some essentials oils (2 or 3) of your choice to the paste and stir well.Apply evenly to your hair & leave for 30 - 60 mins with your hair covered. I did this for the first time yesterday and washing off the paste from my hair before shampooing was no struggle at all, just wash it with lukewarm properly. The instant results were amazing. I did not have to use comb for the first time during or after washing cos my fingers ran through my hair so freely and my curls game was tiiigggghhhhtttt. Besides sleeping with a silk hair bonnet (very important), all I had to do this morning was spray my hair with little water and style my hair which took less than 5 mins. Thanks Curly Proverbz for the advise.

Suggestion-put your fenugreek seeds in a nylon stocking and drop the stocking in the jar and fill with your aloe Vera juice and put it in the refrigerator. The nylon stocking cuts down on the seeds expanding and you can allow them to soak longer 😊

If your about natural please don't use nylon stockings. They have chemicals in them including flame retardant chemicals if you're going to go through your precious time of making these wonderful natural treatments please don't contaminate them with chemicals. You can use cheesecloth, muslin cloth and they have some eco-friendly non-chemical coffee filters for those who don't want their coffee running through chemicals . There’s a method for making a super smooth paste with fenugreek that I learned from from this youtuber Ann Myst (Her name is now Vyala B) where you soak or simmer your fenugreek seeds in hot water and then blend them with olive oil while slowly adding more hot water to the blender. I get a perfectly smooth paste every time and I don’t need to worry about trying to comb out any chunks or anything.

I've been using this method for about a month. I must say, my strands are loving it. I've been natural for 2 and a half years and I feel my growth has been slow. Since using fenugreek seeds (along with marshmallow root, hibiscus, and lavandar, for just a month) , I've noticed my hair has grown. It's also much more hydrated. I started with CP's suggested oil mixture, almond oil, coconut oil, and olive oil (I ran out of jojoba and black castor oil) and my porosity has changed. It doesn't take long for my hair to become saturated when washing anymore. I have not yet incorporated essential oils, but I'm going to, as my son does not like the smell of Fenugreek! I'm trying to get my hair to reach the middle of my back by my 40th (2 years to go). I believe this method will help me achieve my goals. Thank you CP.

I’m currently using the fenugreek mask and this mask is absolutely amazing! The best way to remove the seeds residue before using it in your hair is to strain it first. I use a stocking cap as a strainer. The bigger seed particles can’t get through the fabric after blending it, so you’ll only be left with the cream or paste. It’s a very messy step to strain the fenugreek blend but it’s worth it and it works!

I always get comments about how shiny and healthy my hair looks. Nice variety of fennel Greek use for the hair. It's all about your intentions ladies, happy healthy hair!

I actually use a nylon stocking to strain out the grits and clumps when I add herbs, Henna or fenugreek to my deep conditioners- just like You would strain flax seed gel for example. It helps to illuminate a lot of the problems when rinsing the hair out. Personally I also think it is more beneficial to the hair because common sense tells me that those larger flakes, grits and particles are abrasive when being applied and dragged across the hair shaft. I have tried your oil recipes and I love them. I live by the aloe vera spray’s and Teas. Im gonna try a variation of this conditioner recipe. Love u, Sis! Thanks for the knowledge as always!! 💞

Kaylyn Boyd how often and how much. Share. I’m suffering from massive hair loss right now and I want to cry everyday watching the hair come out. It’s the longest I’ve had it since high school but thinning so fast.
@kaylynboyd20355 жыл бұрын
That sounds like more of an internal problem then if it’s that’s bad. I would consult with a doctor first and check all your vitamin levels first and foremost. But with the henna masks and oil I would oil my scalp and do massages about 3 times a week, moisturize my hair and seal 2-3 times a week and the henna masks once a month or whenever I felt like I needed one. I’m not sure if it has protein but it pretty much replaced my protein treatments. So basically oil and moisturize throughout the week then I’d wash my hair every week (every two weeks in the winter), deep condition every time I wash my hair and then henna masks monthly. If you haven’t used henna I would suggest using the henna glosses first and build your way up. She has videos on that too but they’re basically the same as the henna mask just a smaller amount of henna. Hope this helps!

@@kalinatorrell2264 yeah...itll hit hard and fast out of nowhere like a Marc Train. You'll be out in the street thinking you're dying. It was one of her old videos. Like the super old ones when her curls were just below shoulder length. I'm assuming she hid the video. But it was a life saver for me. I was in korea for over a month and stopped taking MSM because I remembered what she said (after one really unfortunate night.- literally had to take a cab 1.5 blocks cause I couldnt stand up) but after I stopped for the time I was there it was all good. Which product did you observe the biggest difference/growth with? That is, if you had enough months between the different methods to be able to determine this. I wish natural hair vloggers would show which product got their hair to a certain length before moving on to other/newer products, because then you don't really know which product got one to said length, or if it was a combination of products. During this video of your testimonial on Fenugreek, I looked to my right and saw other videos by you boasting "triple" hair growth using "MSM", another vid of you using rice water, chebe powder...there're so many to choose from.
