I study Sidney Crosby's puck protection and I do drills to try to copy that.

I've been focusing on pulling the puck in toward myself off the boards and then instantly moving my body between the puck and the other player. The second I touch the puck I get my back to the opposing player and get my feet moving. I've seen a lot more opportunities to set up plays and even drawn a number of penalties.

To make the NHL how many hours of work should you do a day?
@CoachZac7 жыл бұрын
It varies. 2 hours of training is probably a good start. 1 hour speed and strength and 1 hour off-ice skills.

My brother made the echl. He worked everyday for hours for years…. Could’ve had a cup of coffee in the show if he was lucky. One of the hardest sports to make the chel
