For the papers, is there no requirement on how long the paper has to be? Like as long as you put what they want you to put it’s okay if it’s 3 pages or 5 pages?

There’s no requirement because competency can be achieved in different ways. Longer papers or shorter papers work. More recently I’ve been writing around 5 pages, but just depends on the assessment. Concise writing is a good skill to have in competency based education. I enjoy writing so some of my papers at the beginning were longer (10-15 pages) but that’s not necessary.

I also finished in one term and none of my papers exceeded ten pages. The capstone barely reached 25 (not counting appendix, the reference page and the abstract). It is all about demonstrating that you understand the concepts and know how to apply them. Now, if the paper is missing a keyword or key phrase, it will come back. My capstone was missing "action research" and the whole thing was returned. Once I typed it in, it passed. So, things need to be explicit and to the point.

Question, for the performance assessment, during they have a page requirement for the assessments?

Not unless its specified (from my experience in a master's program in the teachers college)

I just started the same program Aug 1, with the same goal of 6 months.... I’ve submitted the 2 papers for class 1, and am almost ready to submit the first task for class 2. How many days did it take for you to hear back on your papers? This is day 3 since submitting my first paper. I know we need to finish a class in 7-10 days in order to stay on track for the 6 month finishing date!

That's awesome! Great job submitted two papers already. You're on a roll. My papers were reviewed by the evaluators within three to five days. Hopefully you pass on the first submission try and don't have revisions. And you can start the next course without having to wait for your papers to be sent back.
