Yes she has dear @@ciavarelapaz5317❤ it's actually for thr stability of her joints, you can go over to her other channel & browse thru. Trust me, you'll find the video. I cant recall the exact diagnosis but it's for medical purposes

I honestly think this sort of video is your strong point. It reminds me of the old you before you moved (i miss those videos) and the teacher in you which i think is your natural gifting imo . Hope the move goes well 🌟

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this video! I saved it to rewatch later to take notes. I was diagnosed with OCD at 19, but have been having panic attacks and insomnia since I was 8. I was diagnosed with autism at 49 right before the pandemic started during which I also discovered witchcraft. This has been the single most powerful transformation of my life. Always feeling like I was some alien pretending to be human, constantly struggling with making and keeping friends, and always, ALWAYS, anxiety as a constant companion. I still have a long way to go, but witchcraft has given me the tools for self empowerment, and I feel stronger every day. I’m disabled and on a budget, but Aura seems like one thing that would really help. I hate getting my sleep interrupted by ads on KZbin when I’m listening to storm sounds , etc. I have a birthday in May so I’ll maybe ask for that. Ive already asked for your book ❤, but who knows if that will happen since none of them actually approve of my Heathenry or witchcraft. If I get any money, it’s definitely on my purchase list! Loved the herbal recommendations in the video. I wish I could afford Paterson support, but I’ll always be here with appreciation and positive comments. I thank you for all you do.

i have pretty severe helpers danlos syndrome (can’t walk lol) and depression ofc so it’s hard for me to get outside. however, i really love sitting in my ear bag in front of the screen door to my porch and smell the air. it always makes me feel so much more grounded and happy, even if i’m not really leaving the house

I've been wondering if she has it herself, because she used to have a feeding tube for severe gastroparesis, which can be caused by HEDS. She also mentioned wearing stabilizing rings on her fingers at one point I believe.

I might just be a big baby or maybe it's the soft music in the backround or the beautiful filmography but I always tear up during almost every video that you produce. Thanks Annabel. I have struggled with anxiety and with the new weight of the world, panic attacks. So I love to hear about anything that can calm this part of me. ❤I am loving your book. Much love.

I think it's because she is just so calming, we can let go a little bit ❤ While I don't tear up, I definitely feel myself relaxing as we go.

I used to find nature walks helpful, but since we moved it's not easy to get out into nature because we are surrounded by traffic. I find walks stressful now with my dog instead of relaxing and I don't want to go out with him any more.

Muchas gracias. Que estés bien. Siempre.

I've grown chamomile the last couple years and dried it for tea. But it tastes horribly bitter! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas or suggestions? It's my favourite tea for anxiety and relaxation. I'd love to drink what I've grown but it's horrible 😂

I was like fast forwarding and rewinding and it was him in the whole thing I was like wtf is going on haha, I went back and reclicked the video and it was right, idk. It was so weird because I'm reading the title and "thre green witch" and I'm like wait does she share this channel???? 😂😂

Completely genuine question from someone completely foreign to this community, when you use the words magic and spells and witchcraft etc. do you really mean it in the fantasy/supernatural type of way or a more modernized kinda sense like it’s just healthy practices but the magic vibe is just nice to have? Again, being very genuine and I like being open to all beliefs, from my outside perspective these 3 things just seem like things everyone would do to calm down, witch or not. Meditating, hiking, and drinking tea aren’t necessarily associated with witchcraft. I guess I kinda just want to know what the common belief is for how this stuff works. Like is it science, is it a great nature spirit, some sort of god/gods, or something of the like?
