Today I want to share with you a spell from my book - The Calm Balm! This spell is meant to help calm anxiety or just simply bring a bit of extra peace to your day. It is prepared as a salve so it is easy to carry around with you day to day and makes a wonderful gift! Not to mention it is a simple piece of secretive magick that is great for those of you not ready to open up your practice to the rest of the world. These styles of spells are some of my favorite and I hope you enjoy!

Using a jar ring to elevate the jar while double boiling is very smart. When I first saw that in your list, I was like, "Huh? Just the ring?" Unfortunately for me, jar rings tend to rust because I live in a humid climate, but I think that gives me a good use for them. Thanks!

Great video! I make sjea butter moisturizer which is the ONLY facial mosturizer I use. ...but it smells weird (raw Shea butter scent takes some getting used to) and am still experimenting with adding beeswax. I am definitely going to blend your recipe with mine. Can't wait! Thanks!

Fantastic work! I've piked up your book and can't wait to try out some of the recipes! Quick question about this balm... Would it help to make it more stable by adding in a few drops of Vitamin E? I've seen some recipes where it's added and helps to prolong shelf-life as well as add more to the benefit for the skin. Any opinion?

I would add a bit more beeswax and be careful about the essential oils added if you choose to do that and make sure that they are safe if a bit is ingested

My dog has been going through one thing after the other every since last year. I feel awful. Bets aren’t helpful. It’s nothing serious but she hasn’t had a month with peace ever since last year summer/fall. Season allergies/ paws infection etc. I do keep up with her care. I am new to the craft. Still learning.
