As a suggestion Anas should plant, water plants in and around the pond which will hel filter and clear the water. Lillies, papyrus type reeds are great for this purpose

Instead of looking for a "someone" to share her burden with, perhaps Ana should consider turning her farm into a commune, for like minded people, and limit the number of people she accepts into her way of life. Ana has to be very careful with just "someone", that may take advantage. Its a heck of a lot of work for one person, let alone two people. Ana has many talents and we have been shown since the beginning of her venture, how determined she is to see her chores through to completion.
