I’m glad you’re showing this. People act like it’s literally impossible to do or straighten 4c hair. Maybe it’s because I grew up knowing how to hair because my mother has her hair license but it’s very easy to do and I don’t see why people look down on it. It’s beautiful and strong ‼️

I totally agree, my daughter is 8 and has never had synthetic hair and she's ok with it because she loves her hair and is in the process of fully understanding herself as an individual. My daughter is 3 and I've been pressured by her aunts on her dad's side to pierce her ears and I'm always like "her body, her choice" and since she hasn't expressed the desire to pierce her ears yet so I won't do it. I'm glad to come across someone who feels the same. We need to teach our kids that they ultimately have the right to choose what happens to their bodies.

When I was little I was always asking if I could wear my hair “down”. Because I wasn’t in a diverse school growing up, so when my mom gave in I would comb and comb and come my hair all the time and like you said all the Barbie dolls were white. And I wanted down hair because all my “friends” had long hair or “down” hair. Now as I’m getting older going into my tweens I’ve learned to appreciate my curly hair!

I definitely agree with the added hair. I feed in about an inch of hair towards the end of my daughters hair so the beads hang on the synthetic hair instead of her natural hair. I love how you used the JAM to part. I’ll be using that idea next time!

Instead of using the bead hooks they provide, put the beads on a long thread with a needle attached. It speeds up the process a lot! You can have it prepared before your client arrives. Great video! She is beautiful
