On 4 years of never leaving the farm, Kevin should give himself one day of town activities in the winter, during the night market. That way, he can buy seeds from different seasons. Just don't do the first night. That sells spring seeds XD Second night is summer. Third is fall. So to get your precious blueberries.... go to the night market on the second night XD

**Recommendation for when you get the greenhouse**: get Ancient Seeds from either Gunther (after donating ancient seed artifact to the museum) or from the Travelling salesman (this is a little rare tho). If you put them in the greenhouse they work the same as blueberries so you only have to pick them once in a while, if you get a seed maker and turn some into seeds you can plant those and end up filling up the whole greenhouse. This makes and insane amount of money and they are one of the most lucrative crops in the game!

Kevin when you plant the beans remember that you need to leave at least 1 space between each row, they work like a solid block so if you plant them without leaving any space you'll be able to get and water only the ones at the borders

Beach farm is the best for not leaving the farm. 1. You get random stuff wash up, which means you can get very lucky with loot. 2. You can catch beach fish, which is always good for money. 3. The Farm is pretty big, yes you can't use sprinklers but in the future he'll be able to fill it with animals and makes heaps on money. 4. It's more challenging which Kevin loves and I swear trees grow more lol, maybe thats just me haha

Actually the four corners farm is the best because it has more farming space for sprinklers which you can get from the ores you mine in the quarry and you can get mixed seeds from the special fiber things that spawn in the top left edit: while you can't get ocean fish you can still fish in the bottom left

Yay! Hermit’s back! This is genuinely one of my favorite Stardew valley series I have seen. It inspired me to do a similar challenge where I only leave the farm once per season. Here’s a few suggestions that might help make money on this farm to get some relief from chopping trees and fishing all season. (Also, Marnie is closed on both Monday and Tuesday, so you might have to plan what day to go out next year based on her schedule.) 1. Save all the mixed seeds and plant them in the fall. Keep all the pumpkins and put them into the preserves jars to make pickled pumpkins. They sell for a ton of money with the artisan profession. 2. To make money in winter, look up clay farming in Stardew Valley. It’s a method used by speed runners to get a lot of clay and sell it for money. In the winter, you can use it to get winter root and snow yams for even more cash.

I love this series so much, thanks Kevin!! Tip: Maybe use your one day a year off the farm for when the Night Market is in town in Winter? One of the stalls sells seeds from all seasons so you could stock up on everything you need for a whole year, and then you could fish in the submarine for extra cash if you want! EDIT: Also try to aim to get the seed maker, then you can have endless seeds while you can’t get off the farm :)

You probably already know this but just in case here are some tips that mean help. 1. If you clear weeds especially the special weeds you can get mixed seeds. 2. When you do end up getting animals you will also need to build a silo so they will have food in winter. 3. If you pick the Lumberjack Profession there is a chance for all trees to drop hardwood. 4. A fishing pond is an amazing thing to get as it's a great way to get things like ores or even bars as well as a lot of other things you can't get when not leaving the farm. 5. The seed maker makes getting wild seeds a lot easier. 6. Just learned this one but upgrading your trash can will get you some money back if you use it to get rid of something.

If you don't plant the beans in rows with a space in between, you will not be able to get to any of them except for the outer edge! OP crop is coffee beans - they bear forever, grow super fast, you can walk through them, and you can sell the beans outright or brew coffee. It may not be the flashiest crop but I've ended up a bazillionaire and can barely keep up with a greenhouse full of plants.

Stardew Valley nerd here. The sheer amount of anxiety I get over the copious mistakes Kevin makes is only made up for by how goddamn funny this man is. He's so bad at this game but I still love this series. Quick tips: if you want to hit all the shops, the best days are Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, and all shops should be open between 9am-4pm. You can plant fruit trees inside the greenhouse and they'll produce fruit every day regardless of the season. Also, Joja Mart doesn't sell blueberries, but you can still buy them from Pierre in the summer.

Love this series, so glad you're continuing it. If you want chickens next year, leave the farm on a Thursday. Marnie is shut Mondays and Tuesdays. (Everyone hates Marnie too for this reason), Robin is shut Tuesdays, and Pierre is shut Wednesdays. Thursday everything should be open. I'd also suggest getting Robin to build you a silo next year. That will allow you to cut grass with the scyth and collect hay which you'll need to feed your chickens. Maybe buy more saplings too because you can plant them in the greenhouse and get year-round harvests for your jam business. Make a seed maker if you can, placing crops in it gives you seeds, so if you get a good crop from mixed seeds, putting that crop in the seed maker might let you plant more.

one thing that might be good is to retool the rules, so you can leave whenever you want throughout the year, but only for 1 day's worth of time. If you exceed one day's worth of time you get 2x less time next year compared to the overdraft. (so if you spent 1 hour more time outside than you should have on year 4, you get 2 hours less time year 5) (if you wanted to make it extra hard, make it so you can only leave at the start of the day. So past like 8:30 you're locked on your farm if you haven't left, encouraging you to still pile lots of activities onto one day so that you don't have to wait for shops to open burning your off-farm time. This means you couldnt just wait on the farm till shops open, pop out for an hour, get everything you need, and get back constantly since there is a lot of overhead each time you go out)
