I have 105k on mine. Daily driver. Long commutes. I've done a starter, alternator, ball joints, body control module, evap canister switch. I've done some mods for looks. I also added a system with a 10 inch sub.

I love my Fiat. My condenser had to be replaced, as well. But my biggest con with my 500, is that I’m replacing headlamp bulbs way too often. Also, the option for sport mode is built in. I’m happy with that.

you can easily swap the factory headunit with a flip up touch screen one, they sell kits for them

Your detailed did a great job! I really like the mods you did and the ones you are going to do and the rims you described are nicer. It's really a cute car. I, personally, would much rather have a 5 speed stick. Yours don't have the turbo and to me that's a big plus bucause turbo's are more problems. I wish I could buy an Abarth without the turbo. The only thing I don't like about your neat little Fiat is the black hood. It doesn't integrate well with the car. It looks seperate. It should be the same color with maby black or white stripes on each side of the hood. Other than that, it's a really cool car.

tell me about it i wish my hood was the same color, but it was vandalized almost right after i bought it. it was all carved up, so i opted to paint it myself black. maybe someday i’ll get it back to the normal color, and i agree about the turbo!

I wondered because you have good taste about the car and good ideas on how to do it. Now I understand. Yes, you are smart about the turbos. They are headachs and create a lot more heat and other problems.

Wow, you really put a lot of effort into your videos, you deserve more subs! Edit: you should get the manual variant, they are so much more fun! It is an easy car to shift because of it's size. My parents bought me one, it is my current car and I was scared. But now I never want an automatic again :p

I almost got an abarth so many times.. but I drive 30 minutes to work (without traffic), and the idea of getting stuck in stop and go in a manual.. nahhh.

Sick car, love the mods. I live in LA too and was in the market to buy a used car last summer and the FIAT 500 was one of the top potentials (thought it would be a good option to maneuver the over populated roads- like you said). I went with a larger sedan (VW Jetta) instead because I wanted to throw my bike on top- but I'm clearly still daydreaming! It's so cool how it seems like there's not one FIAT that looks alike- I love how unique each one is.

I love my little POP! The only downside is my white interior seat, sucks gets dirty and stain. I have not done any mods. Let me know where I can get some good seat covers?

Great vid and nice colour 500, is the black bonnet standard? I have the 900cc Lounge edition, I am quite impressed with the quality of the stereo though I would like to upgrade to a touch screen.

It is not standard,,, i was forced to paint it because my car was vandalized shortly after purchasing it. and it is nice but i do have blue issues time to time with it not recognizing it. Hopefully in the future i get to upgrade it to a touch screen.

I drive a 2018 500c lounge. The touchscreen is a big plus for me. Keep your car in good shape and never sell it. You will regret it

With regard to the touch screen, Fiat likely wanted to stay closer to the old school 500s. Newer models seem to detract from the retro styling, in my opinion.

honestly i’d go with a newer model, my ‘15 had 40,000mi and i got it for around $8k from a used dealer ship. try getting a model with less than 50,000 mi if possible. these cars depreciate fast so don’t be scared that they may appear to be too cheap.

My parents bought my 2012 500 Sport for $3,000, 118,xxx miles and it is a very fun, quick car. Regular maintenance, just treat it nicely and it will treat you nicely. I also have the manual, so that helped with the cost

I really liked my 2015 fiat 500, i got it used 4 years ago as my first car. With plans to later upgrade to a bigger car but im really loving it. Only problem is that it's inconvenient for my large dog.

i have a 2019 fiat 500 with abarth motor, let me tell you ive owned many american muscle cars like a 1970 dart 340, 1980 mustang 390 ( i put that engine into ) but my fiat is far better for hangling , gas, and major fun to drive. i also have a honda civic but give me my fiat anyday.
