Being good on camera is not the same as being a good pundit. ROG is one of the least charismatic people on TV but is a very good pundit, while Guscott is great at talking to the camera while being one of the worst pundits in the business.

@@ajs17897 the preference of good personalities over good pundits is the reason why coverage on TV is so awful. The fact that the vast majority of rugby fans have no clue what a 1-3-3-1 is, or how a pendulum defence works is quite frankly embarrassing for the sport and needs to be fixed.
