I started with Fl studio 9 years ago and then after 5-6 years I move to Ableton, and have 1-2 years, then switch to mac and use logic for 3 months and now I’m in studio one for the last 2 years. And I have to said that Ableton work flow is awesome, is really fast and inspiring in terms of sound design, in other hands Logic was pettry cool too, I really adapt very fast to that DAW, my only big Downside at the Time was de 24 bits samples and the Stems/ Trackouts export settings that is very limited for my needs. And I find that Studio one is the perfect balance between traditional workflow and signal path with a more modern and less clutter approach (as Cubase or Pro tools does). Even though I’m still feel very confident on how good Ableton and Logic works, for me these two are the best in terms of workflow and creativity (Fl studio is Super creative but his workflow sucks, and if you only Fl studio you don’t know what I’m talking about).

I’ve been using LPX since just recently got into AL for stage!!! I want to learn all of them in case I’m with a paid client and the engineer has to step out for a hot second and we can still work because I know their DAW!!!

I probably should be trying out Ableton, since my main way of making beats is Maschine and I'm into the mixing n matching of pattern clips to try out different ideas, and theres just no good way of transferring into a linear workflow to actually finish out tracks. But man..i own St.One5, Reaper, FL, and JUST bought Cubase 12, so its real hard to justify spending $ on another DAW if do i end up liking it lol. The good thing is that i already have a copy of live light that ive never opened on my computer, so ill be able to(n?) audition it first. Kind of afraid im gonna like it tho and be sunk 😅
